Your Executives Can't Lead A Brand They Can't Communicate

I'm Angelia Malbrew, and I spent over 20 years in Fortune 500 organizations specializing in Organizational Development, Change Management, and Executive Enablement.
I sat in those boardrooms.
I saw the gap.
Brilliant leaders struggling to communicate their value. Executive teams misaligned on messaging. Organizations investing millions in external branding while their leadership presence remained inconsistent and unclear.
So I built something no one else offers: integrated leadership development with visual authority.
I'm a Platinum Award-Winning speaker, multi-award-winning published photographer, MBE and ByBlack certified, and author of the upcoming memoir "Unshakable Resilience."
Here's what matters:
I'm the only Corporate Brand Officer who can develop your leadership strategy, coach your executives, facilitate your workshops, photograph your team professionally, and partner with you long-term—all under one roof.
You don't need three vendors. You need one strategic partner.

FAQS
I'm the only Corporate Brand Officer who combines Fortune 500 leadership strategy with award-winning luxury photography. Most consultants give you strategy and tell you to hire separate vendors for photography, video content, and visual identity work. I integrate everything under one roof—you get the leadership development, executive coaching, professional photography, and ongoing partnership from a single strategic partner. Plus, with over 20 years of Fortune 500 experience in Organizational Development and Change Management, I understand corporate dynamics, budget approvals, and what actually drives results at the executive level.
You can absolutely start smaller. The Leadership Brand Intensive (Tier 1) is a 3-month engagement designed specifically for organizations who want to test the partnership before making a deeper commitment. Many of my clients start with Tier 1, see the transformation in their leadership team, and then extend to Tier 2 or beyond. There's no pressure to commit to a year upfront—we meet you where you are.
It depends on three factors: the size of your leadership team, the scope of transformation you need, and your timeline. During our strategy call, I'll ask about your current challenges, team size, and goals. If you have 5-15 leaders and need quick strategic clarity, Tier 1 is ideal. If you have 10-25 leaders and want both strategy and refreshed visual identity, Tier 2 is perfect. For comprehensive organizational transformation (20-50 leaders), Tier 3. And for enterprise-level year-long partnership (30-100+ executives), Tier 4. I'll help you determine the best fit—no pressure, just honest guidance.
The team sizes listed are guidelines, not hard limits. I work with organizations of all sizes—from 5-person leadership teams to 100+ person executive groups. If your team is larger than the tier capacity, we'll customize the engagement to fit your needs. For example, if you have 40 executives and want Tier 2, we can add additional photography sessions or extend the program duration. Every engagement is tailored to your organization's specific situation.
Great question. Tier 1 doesn't include photography—it's pure strategy and coaching—so you can absolutely start there if you're not ready for visual identity work. However, here's what I've learned after 20+ years: executive presence isn't just about what you say, it's about how you show up visually. Inconsistent, outdated, or misaligned headshots undermine the authority and credibility you're building through leadership development. When your executives have current, professional imagery that reflects their caliber, it reinforces the transformation internally and externally. That said, photography is only included in Tiers 2-4, and we can always discuss customizing an engagement to fit your priorities.
